This semester’s trek was the most expansive yet, with a total of eight firm visits. It was great to hear about some of the most interesting deals that many of these companies have worked on. At Sculptor, our hosts walked us through the thesis and financials for a veterinary office deal they had recently closed. At PJT, we learned about their recent fundraising work in the data center space. It was especially unique visiting Town Lane, a much newer and entrepreneurial firm where we got a chance to speak directly with the founders. Visiting these pioneering firms definitely introduced me to a wide selection of career paths in real estate, and I am grateful to have had this experience.
