Mentorship Program
The Cornell Real Estate Club Mentorship program is a highly selective Semester-long program focused on providing first- and second-year students interested in real estate with general interview preparation targeted at finance and real estate interviews. Throughout the semester, mentees will participate in our keynote Real Estate 101 Series, Cover Letter and Resume Reviews, Case Studies, Speaker Series, and various Social Events to create lasting personal and professional relationships between mentors and mentees.
Real Estate 101 Lecture Series
The Real Estate 101 lecture series prepares students for future recruitment and interviews through resume and cover letter workshops.
It also exposes them to technical concepts such as the Discounted Cash Flow model and foundational finance concepts.
Speaker Events
Our department of Alumni Affairs hosts speaker events for mentees to learn what it is like to work in real estate, discover different career paths, and connect with industry professionals—many of whom are alumni!

Case Study Competition
The program culminates with a case study competition, where students combine what they learned in the program and present their hard work. This creates a realistic industry setting that focuses on collaboration.
